Sweating is a natural physiological response the body has to different situations. Some of which we’re well aware of: sweating to cool off in the heat, or when you exercise to release heat generated by your own metabolism, or sometimes when you’re nervous or eat spicy food or wake up from an intense, fearful nightmare. That’s all well and good, except for the awful nightmare one of course; but what if you seem to sweat for no apparent reason? What gives then? Listen in as Tony, Will and Kinna take a closer look at what imbalances may be causing your body to resort to sweating for no apparent reason. We’ll also look into what symptoms can be worsened by excessive sweating and what you can do to rebalance your body and resolve the issue.
