Week 1 Checklist
- Be Excited! Are you there? The next 12 weeks could change the rest of your life. That’s worth getting excited about.
- Start moving through week 1 of the Fat loss Course, if you haven’t already, or if it’s been a while and you need to again. If you have questions about week 1, reply to our last email and let us know. We’ll save part of our first webinar to answer your questions about week 1. If you have any trouble logging into your 12-week course, reply to our last email and we’ll help you figure out if you’re registered on this site, or our old course site and get you logged you.
- Fill out the Pre-Challenge Survey HERE. This is sooooooo important. If you want to get anywhere, you need to know where you’re starting from. Submit your survey and your before picture and we’ll use that as your springboard towards your goals.
That’s it! Pretty easy checklist for week one, right? So, you should have no problem knocking all three of those tasks. We’ll see you on the week 1 webinar on Wednesday, January 6th, at 3:30pm PST/6:30 PM EST. You’ll get an email on Monday with instructions on how to register for free and attend.
