By becoming a KIY Premium Member, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- 1. I understand that T.C. Hale and his coaches are not doctors and they are not giving me medical advice in any way. In this private group, we are simply sharing ideas about health and well-being.
- 2. I understand that my membership will renew automatically each month until I cancel. I can cancel by using the cancel button in my membership receipt email, or sending Kick It naturally an email and asking them to cancel. I will receive a confirmation of my cancelation.
- 3. I am responsible for my own health. T.C. Hale, any of his coaches in the support group, and Words to Spare, LLC can not be held liable for any harm that may come from following information I learn in this membership, in the Facebook support group, or on any website owned or run by T.C. Hale or Words to Spare, LLC.
- 4. All members of the KIY Membership must have an active membership withe nonprofit organization, the Coalition for Health Eduction. The KIY membership is not available to the public, and is only offered to members of the Coalition for Health Eduction. All conversations and content within the KIY membership, the membership website and support groups are between private club members only and are to be kept private.
