But, back to business, and the business is Pandemic Weight Loss. A lot of people have sent in questions about lockdown weight gain, and we thought we would make a show to help some people through the craziness while the world is a little bit broken. We get it, this is a stressful situation, and stress can lead to making some not so great decisions when it comes to nutrition.
